Instahit Strawberry Drops

Ripe strawberry on the draw, then a clean cold finish underneath it. This is the fruit of a real strawberry rather than a sweet shop — there is sugar in it, but the cool cuts it short, so it never turns sticky or cloying by the end of the cigarette. One drop is a hint of it; two makes the fruit the main event.

This is the one for smokers who want something other than cold. It is also the flavour most likely to go round a table: put the bottle down and people ask what it is. If menthol is all you have ever put on a cigarette, strawberry is the one that surprises you — the cigarette tastes like itself underneath, with ripe fruit sitting over the top of it.

A drop in the centre of the filter and five minutes to soak in, or none at all with a recessed filter. Nothing goes near the tobacco, so the cigarette is unchanged: same brand, same strength, same everything. Forty drops in each 2 ml bottle, and the price per bottle falls the more you buy — from 99p down to 94p in a pack of 30. Made in the UK.

For adult smokers only. Keep the cap on and the bottle upright; keep away from children and pets.
