Terms and conditions of sale
Last updated 25 October 2026.
By ordering goods from this website you agree to these terms. If you have a question about them, contact us before you order.
1. Who we are
Instahit is a trading name of Infinity National Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under number 11898019, with its registered office at 68–70 Cowbridge Road East, Cardiff CF11 9DU (VAT number 335181318). "We", "us" and "our" mean Infinity National Ltd. "You" means the person placing the order. "Website" means www.instahit.co.uk or any address that replaces it.
2. What you confirm when you order
- You are 18 or over.
- You are a resident of the United Kingdom, or ordering for delivery to a country we ship to.
- You will pay in full, on time, with a payment method in your own name.
- The information you give us is true, accurate and complete, and you will tell us if it changes.
- You have read these terms, our delivery and returns policy and our privacy policy.
3. Our rights
We may change these terms, and may change, withdraw or reinstate any product, price or description, at any time. Where a change affects an order you have already placed, we will tell you before we go ahead so you can decide whether to proceed. The terms in force when you place an order apply to that order, unless the law requires otherwise.
Delivery times are estimates. Delays can happen for reasons outside our control.
4. Orders
- Goods are available only to people we consider eligible, including residents of the UK and the other countries we ship to.
- We deliver to the address you give at checkout. If we cannot deliver to it as given, we will contact you before dispatch to arrange another address or a refund.
- You must give us all the information we ask for. Incomplete or inaccurate information may delay or cancel your order.
- Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we dispatch the goods. Order updates, automated or otherwise, are not acceptance.
- All orders are subject to availability. If something you ordered is out of stock we will offer to wait, substitute an item of equal price, or cancel.
- We may limit, restrict or reject an order at any time before dispatch, including orders we believe are placed for resale without a trade account. We will tell you if we do.
5. Price and payment
- The price is the price shown before you confirm your order. It includes VAT at the current rate.
- If a payment fails or is reversed after a contract is formed we may cancel the agreement and recover any amount due.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by your payment provider's checks.
- Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Ownership passes when we have received full cleared payment.
6. Cancellation, returns and exchanges
We offer a full refund on unused products with the hygiene seal intact if you request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Faulty products are also eligible for a full refund. Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you may cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of the day you receive the goods. You do not have to give a reason.
- Telling us. Email letstalk@instahit.co.uk, or use the cancellation form on our delivery and returns page. Any clear statement that you are cancelling will do.
- Sending it back. Post the unused bottles back within 14 days of telling us.
- What we refund. Everything you paid, including the delivery charge on your order, back the way you paid it — to your card, and any cashback you used back to your account. We refund within 14 days of the bottles reaching us, or sooner if you send us proof of posting.
- The hygiene seal. Each bottle has a hygiene seal: a separate cap over the nib, underneath the lid. Opening the lid or the outer packaging does not affect your right to return — the seal is what matters. Once that seal has been broken the bottle cannot be returned, for hygiene reasons. A faulty, damaged or wrongly described bottle is always refunded, sealed or not.
The cancellation right above is for consumers. A trade account buying for resale does not have it; faulty, damaged or wrongly supplied goods are replaced or refunded in full, including postage both ways, under the section below.
We are under a legal duty to supply goods that are in conformity with the contract. None of the above affects your separate rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 if goods are faulty, not as described or not of satisfactory quality.
Either party may end these terms by giving the other 7 days' written notice if the other has broken them in a material way. We may also use our discretion in your favour.
6a. Subscriptions
Our subscription sends 15 bottles of the flavour you choose every month for £14.99, delivery to UK addresses included. The first payment is taken when you subscribe and the box is posted within a working day; each later payment is taken on the same date every month, and we email you a reminder three days before each one. You can change the flavour, skip a month or cancel at any time from your account, with no notice period and no fee. Cancelling stops all future payments; the box you have already paid for is still sent. Because the subscription price is below our pack prices, a customer who cancels cannot start a new subscription for six months. If a payment fails we will tell you and try again; if it still fails after a few days the subscription ends. Your rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 apply to every box as they do to any order.
Promotional discounts: when we run a public percentage discount code, we apply the same percentage to any subscription payment whose service period starts in that calendar month (UK time), on top of the subscription price. If a promotion starts part-way through a month and you have already paid that month, we refund the difference. Only one promotion applies to a payment: the largest. Skipped months, cancelled subscriptions, subscriptions due to end and payments made while an earlier payment is still unpaid are excluded, and no credit or cash is given in their place. (Subscriber promotion conditions, version 1, in force from 25 October 2026.)
6b. Cashback
Every retail order earns cashback at the rate shown on the website at the time, currently 2.5% of what you pay for the drops. Trade boxes do not earn cashback. It is added to your account when the order is paid for, and you spend it on a later order by ticking "Use my cashback" at the checkout.
- Cashback has no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, sold or transferred to anyone else, and is not interest-bearing.
- It is earned on the goods, not on delivery, and not on the part of an order already paid for with cashback.
- If an order is refunded or cancelled, any cashback it earned is removed, and any cashback you spent on it goes back to your account.
- Cashback does not expire while your account is open. If you close your account, or we close it because these terms have been broken, any remaining balance is lost.
- We may change the rate at any time. A change applies to orders placed after it; it never takes away cashback you have already earned.
7. Your personal information
We collect the information we need to take your order and deliver it. Our privacy policy, which forms part of these terms, explains what we collect, why, and your rights, including how to ask for a copy of the information we hold about you.
8. Our liability
- We are not liable for loss or damage that is not caused by a breach of a legal duty we owe you, or that is not reasonably foreseeable, or that is caused by your breach of these terms.
- We are not liable for business losses, including lost data, profit or interruption.
- Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit.
- The website is provided as is. We do our best to keep the information on it accurate and the site available, but we do not promise that it will always be error-free or uninterrupted.
9. Using the website
You agree not to use the website for anything unlawful; not to upload anything malicious, defamatory or offensive; not to interfere with how the site works; not to attempt unauthorised access; and not to infringe anyone's rights. You are responsible for losses we suffer because of a breach of this clause, including reasonable legal costs. We may monitor use of the site and act on any breach.
Everything on the website, including the Instahit name and logo, text, images and design, belongs to us or our licensors. You may use it for your own personal, non-commercial purposes only.
Where we link to other websites we are not responsible for their content or policies.
10. General
- Neither party is liable for failing to do something because of events beyond its reasonable control.
- Only you and we can enforce these terms (Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999).
- We may transfer our rights under these terms; you may not.
- If any part of these terms is found to be invalid, the rest still applies. Not enforcing a term once does not mean we waive it.
- These terms are the whole agreement between us about your order and replace anything said or written before.
- These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer living in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in your local courts, and nothing here takes away protections you have under the law where you live.

Send notices to: Legal Department, Instahit, 68–70 Cowbridge Road East, Cardiff CF11 9DU, and keep our acknowledgement.
If you have a complaint, contact us. We will deal with it confidentially and fairly, reply within two working days and tell you how long it will take to resolve.
